Hey Friends…big changes ahead!

Fatguy is going mobile!

I recently picked up a food trailer and will shift to mobile operations in the next several weeks. While a big shift, this will allow me to build a more sustainable business and focus on doing what I love – serving up great food for my friends and neighbors. This transition will take a little time, but I’m learning to trust God’s plan and walk the path he’s placed before me. It’ll also give me a chance to catch my breath, spend a little time with my family, and build something with more flexibility…something this 65-year-old body sure could use.

Effective immediately the current location of Fatguy Southern Kitchen is closed. We’re packing up and moving out to make room for a new tenant. This also means I’m going to be selling a few things. So, if you’re looking for a BIG OL' BULL (it’s a smoker) hit me up. If you have any suggestions for the food trailer…hit me up. I’ll post updates about Fatguy’s location/route, schedule etc. as soon as it gets ironed out.
